Nutrition expert and author Bill Sardi joined us for an exciting show. (Archives of his own radio shows.)  I asked him to comment on the topic of my blog on nutrient deficiencies and a man’s dramatic response to zinc supplementation. He explained that there is a modern day epidemic of zinc deficiency. (Read his article on that.) We also discussed his.observation that heartburn may be a warning sign for heart disease. (His article on that.) He discussed a dangerous overlooked component of cholesterol, lipoprotein(a).
