FOOD / BEVERAGES / ADDITIVES

We are in fact made of what we eat and drink. As you can see from my chart, History of Food, our diet has changed more in the past 100 years than in the previous 10,000. There is no question that is part of the reason for the rise in degenerative disease. We not only have to better understand what we should be consuming, but these days we also need to pay attention to how the food is engineered, grown, handled and processed.

Organic – If we could all eat organic all the time it would be best for our health and kinder to the farmers and the planet. However, that isn’t always possible because of budgets and availability. Some foods are more likely to be contaminated than others. The Environmental Working Group monitors the pesticide levels in foods and provides shopping guidance.
Check here to see which produce EWG currently finds as the most contaminated or clean.
