Because there is so much money in the industries that produce grain and products made from grain, we are constantly told of its benefits by advertising and advice from professional groups that are well supported by those industries. Since it is much more difficult to learn about the reasons to be cautious about making grain a major part of your diet, we will only tell that side of the story here.
