I frequently run into seniors who seem to take pride in “being old school” and rejecting technology. Some of that is smart. (Do we really need our refrigerator to make our grocery list?) On the other hand those folks are missing out on things that would bring them connection, joy, money savings, and even improve their health. That is the topic of this week’s blog. If you are reading this newsletter, you are probably not tech-adverse, but I’ll bet you know someone who would benefit from this information. |

In the blog last week, I honored Bill Sardi and with great sadness announced his passing. This week’s show was a replay of the June 5, 2021, interview with him because the information is still valuable and I want to keep his legacy alive. In the show, I ask Bill about his recent article, Cholesterol-Lowering Bile Acid Blockers Increase Risk for Mental Decline. Another work of his is interesting, Failed Vitamin C Study. When Will They Print the Retractions? We also cover some covid vaccine topics. This links to the Peter McCullough, MD video interview I mention. There were a couple of questions that came in too late and were answered in Updates in this newsletter. For many years, we’ve been grateful to have Mr. Sardi as our resident answer man about nutrition. He formulated and was commercially involved in the following products that we are still delighted to advertise on HBN:
