 UPDATE
This list below is a simplification of one from last week’s blog about how to protect yourself from the harm of the spike proteins…whether you got the spikes from covid infection or the vaccines. With the exception of nattokinase, most of these items have so many additional general health benefits that they should be part of your regular supplement program. I’ve given recommended favorite products or at least given examples and where to get them.

  • Nattokinase (enzyme to dissolve clots) Here is an example product you can get from a natural food store.
  • Resveratrol (helps keep the vaccine’s supposedly temporary mRNA from becoming permanent DNA and slows virus replication) Longevinex contains the best form / dose of resveratrol plus the other recommended ingredients, quercetin and fisetin.
  • Vitamin C (is useful in neutralizing any toxin) Formula 216 one cap twice a day
  • N-acetylcysteine (NAC neutralizes the spike). Example product in natural food stores.
  • Zinc (for immune function and to stop virus replication) Molecular Multi contains enough zinc and many more nutrients that you need…note it is less expensive when you buy 3.
  • Magnesium (is needed to help vitamin D work and hundreds of other reasons) This is an economy magnesium as a starter. [Be careful of magnesium oxide. It doesn’t absorb well and is more likely to cause a loose stool.]
