  •  From American Botanical Council news: Daily Consumption of Strawberries May Help Reduce Dementia Risk, Says Study. Medical Daily. November 14, 2023. A recent study suggests that a daily cup of strawberries may reduce the risk of dementia in middle-aged, overweight adults because of the inflammation-reducing properties of strawberries. They contain anthocyanins, ellagitannins, and ellagic acid with potentially positive effects on conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative syndromes, and cancer.
