Scary Zika Virus

The news is spreading concern about the Zika virus. Some of that concern is well-founded and some is not. I wanted to put some of this in perspective and offer a few suggestions for avoiding/dealing with the problem. So, I wrote this week about key Zika info and strategies for all of us. We covered a lot of ground starting with Darcy Brunk, DC who helped us understand chronic back pain and issues surrounding back surgeries that fail. He also had information about new studies on congestive heart failure.
