A Nobel Prize was awarded in 1998 for the discovery of the important role of nitric oxide (NO) in human health. Unfortunately, our production of NO declines with age and that has health consequences such as premature aging, inflammation, high blood pressure, clogging of arteries, sexual dysfunction, pain, and low energy. Insufficient NO is also a factor in Alzheimer’s disease and Cancer. Nathan Bryan, PhD is in the Dept. of Molecular and Human Genetics Baylor College of Medicine and is the author of The Nitric Oxide (NO) Solution. He helped us understand how to improve our blood levels of NO. We also sorted out how NO differs from that nitrous oxide at the dentist’s office. NEO 40 and test strips.  Up first was one of our favorite regulars, nutritionist/herbalist/educator for NeoCell, Tim Mount. We talked about the horrible US health trends that resulted from what we now know was the sugar industry bribing prestigious researchers to blame fat for heart disease. We also talked about the structure of bones.
