As we go through life we acquire imperfections. We tend to think of them as normal but they mean something. In my blog this week I talk about what some of those changes might mean. Things like: Cold sensitivity, Constipation, Cramping, Cravings for Chocolate, Ear wax (excess), Eye brows (outside 1/3 gone) and that is just through the E’s.

One of my guests, Officer Christopher Bianez, of the Plano (Texas) Police Department’s Crime Prevention Unit, shared ideas on protecting our home and auto contents. Since I had to prerecord this interview to make our schedules match, I can tell you he is very informative and he is a hoot. One item we discussed was doors including Strike Plates and Door Defender. I also interviewed Julio Salado of the Fitness Foundry in Boston about personal training and his book, BREAK OUT of Breaking Even!: 3-Step Method for PROVEN Long-Term Weight Loss. We discussed the health and personal safety benefits of having a personal trainer and how to find a good one.
