First up this week is my guest Kim Bright, the founder of Brightcore. On previous shows we discussed Kim’s fascinating journey to becoming a nutrition guru. In this interview, we talk about the health power of nitric oxide and the vegetable beet which allows the body to make more of it. Nitric oxide has been shown to relax blood vessels thereby lowering high blood pressure as well as increase the oxygenation and energizing of all the body’s cells resulting in more stamina and better brain function. BrightBeets+ is a delicious [tastes like apples, not beets] and easy to mix combination of superfoods featuring ORGANIC beets. The Brightcore website has a lot of great information, but to order so you receive the HBN special (buy 2 get 1 FREE BrightBeets+ plus a FREE bottle of vitamin D3), instead of ordering online, please CALL 888-958-5331. Mention Healthy by Nature to assure all discounts. Next we learn how the portable far infrared sauna harnesses natural energy waves that boost metabolism, burn calories, reduce pain and enhance detoxification (e.g. heavy metals), slow and reverse the aging process, promote relaxation and better sleep, stimulate healing and fight infections. My guest, far infrared expert, Phil Wilson, also offered a great holiday discount ($200 off with code HBN11) on the exceptional Relax Sauna and a smart gift idea (Lamp $29 off with code HBNL). Discounts are active through the end of November. Visit Relax Saunas website or call 626.200.8454. To listen this show NOW, click here. |

Jodi O’Malley is a critical care nurse with a Master’s Degree. She treated Covid patients for nearly two years in a federal hospital for Native Americans. That ended abruptly after her conscience forced her to become a whistleblower and publicly reveal the extent of underreported vaccine injuries and outright corruption of the healthcare system. She said that policy and protocol [I would add greed] had taken precedence over the Patient’s Bill of Rights. Link to her podcast. The Truth for Health nonprofit organization fights to protect patient rights and to hold hospitals accountable for malpractice and wrongful deaths. Go here to report vaccine injury (simply reading the list of potential harms will give you pause). Click here to learn about the types of indefensible practices in health care facilities or to report a bad experience with covid treatment. There are a lot of helpful resources on that website. Learn about the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons’ lawsuit to stop medical specialties from cancelling brave doctors who courageously helped covid patients. Jena Savadsky Griffith, RDN, IHC is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and an International Health Coach. This linked website details the frustrating and ultimately heartbreaking story of how a hospital caused her husband’s death by using dangerous (but profitable) treatments and by refusing potentially helpful ones.
