Three “new” ideas about peanut allergy

Healthy by Nature radio show this week

We have interesting guests on a variety of health topics this week. John Young, MD of Young Health discusses a medical myth. Then Drew Taylor founder of Juicer Heroes and Elevate Life (EL) talks about the big benefits of fresh organic juice and about Dr. Boss’s (of EL) $49 Second Opinion (bring blood tests to Natural HealthFest.) Next, Physician’s Assistant (PA) Philip Yielding will help us understand the increasingly important role PA’s play in healthcare. Then, Kris Sands (Reiki practitioner, HTCP, HTAP, and more) from the Star Coyote Sound Temple gives us a brief introduction to energy medicine via body work. Finally, John James, LMT, MT of the C-section Recovery Center explains solutions to the problems that mothers can experience after delivering their babies surgically. We can’t take calls Saturday because I’ll be off doing research at the natural health industry’s biggest trade event in California.

Peanut allergy revisited
Peanut Butter

New studies show that what mothers were told about when they should introduce their babies to potential allergens seems to be the exact opposite of what works. And there is more…other studies show ways to reverse peanut allergy that might also apply to other allergies. Click here to read the blog post about this important topic.

EVENTS

See what is coming up! Check out the events pages on our website. One is for National Events and the other for Events in Texas (For example, the Kotsanis Institute routinely has free lectures.)

Link here directly to details about Natural HealthFest 2015 which is March 28 at the Plano Centre in Plano, TX. Or, if you already plan to come, click here to purchase tickets.

Last Week Follow-up

LISTEN to that show in the archives. It is always a treat when Doug Kaufmann comes on the show. He is the host of the popular television program, Know the Cause. He answered listener calls about fungus and yeast-related issues. Then, Robin Bollinger of “Get your head in the game” told us how to do what the name implies. One of her tools is the Interactive Metronome which seems to help kids and adults with anything that requires focus and coordination — athletics, school, work, hmm…radio hosting?
