Many complex, crucially important and even frightening questions generated by the covid-19 pandemic and the US response to it still need to be answered! Based on his qualifications and selfless actions, I believe that Peter McCullough, MD is the most clear-spoken, ethical, unconflicted and legitimately-authoritative expert we can ask those questions. Dr. McCullough is an internist, cardiologist, epidemiologist and the editor of respected medical journals. He is a widely published scientist and the world’s most frequently published cardiologist in his specialty. He has been on more data safety monitoring boards for studies than any other doctor and has long been respected globally as an expert on proper  science. Dr. McCullough was a medical school professor and a top leader in a major medical system until he annoyed the government and the medical establishment. The infraction this medical super star committed was to save 10’s of thousands of lives. He dared to follow the principles of the Hippocratic oath and he questioned highly suspicious government recommendations. Dr. McCullough helped organize hundreds of compassionate doctors to document a safe and effective outpatient response to COVID-19. Dr. McCullough published, educated, testified and made a slew of media appearances telling how to keep patients out of the hospital where their chances of survival were not good. And, he raised legitimate questions about the incessant hyping and even mandating of poorly-researched vaccines and the widespread federally-inspired censoring of adverse reactions to the shots. In the tradition of “no good deed goes unpunished”, he was stripped of important career positions and even his certification as an internist. Sadly, he was also sued.
