The amazing Sherry Rogers, MD will give us some disturbing new coronavirus information that I didn’t know until I talked with her. We will also likely discuss how gut health is related to immunity. Dr. Rogers has written 16 books and an untold number of scientific articles. Her remarkably well-documented newsletter is in a class by itself. Details about her books, newsletter, and phone consultations are on: the Prestige Publishing site. Or call Prestige at 800-846-6687. Be sure to mention our show or use the discount code P129P for a 20% discount on books and newsletter. Call the live show with questions at 1-800-281-8255. | Rounding up advice from many Bill Sardi reports | |||

Bill Sardi has spoken and written extensively on covid-19. To go back and read all his articles, or even all our blogs about his thoughts would be daunting. So, he wrote a consolidated report about his recommendations. I essentially wrote the Cliff Notes to that in the blog this week and added a few items. By the way, the photo above of the ceramic cat wearing a mask was taken at our favorite Mexican restaurant, El Norte in Plano. Son Andy Hopkins named it “Catvid-19”. | LAST WEEK Show Follow-up |

Your questions were our main topic. My guest, Louis Torres, MD, is my conventionally-trained award-winning physician who is at the least open to safe alternatives and is certainly more knowledgeable about them than the average doc. He shared an interesting study about a nutritional supplement (phosphatidylserine) that was put to the test for anxiety by the military during basic training. He also bravely agreed to take part in a two-person “panel”. (Not practicing medicine, just educating.) He gave us the mainstream “standard of care” medical approach to caller questions and I then attempted to explain the natural/nutritional side of the story. Sardi article on diet and mental health. |
