| KEEP MOVING | |||
It is likely that, like mine, your gym has been required to close as have many other places you would ordinarily go to stay active. My wonderful Russian personal trainer, Renata, kindly created a 30-minute body weight exercise for her clients to do at home using nothing more than a chair and a wall. Bill and I searched it out on YouTube on our TV and did the workout. It was kind of fun (her cats wander in and out) and must have worked because we were both a little sore the next day. She said it was okay to publish this. Check it out online. |
